The International Art Exhibition “Victory”, (Moscow)

On April 24, 2015, in Moscow at the Central House of Artists, the International art exhibition “Victory” officially opened. This ambitious project was made by the Union of Artists of Russia jointly with the International Confederation of Artists Unions with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Viewers can see the works of outstanding representatives of domestic art – Alexander Deineka, Semyon Chuikov, Fyodor Reshetnikov, Arcady Plastov, Vladimir Gavrilov, Evsey Moiseenko, Boris Ugarov, Alexei Gritsay, Alexey and Sergey Tkachev, Boris Nemenskiy, Ephraim Zverkov, Lev Kerbel, Vladimir Tsigal and others. A significant part of the exhibition is reserved for the works of contemporary artists.

1.  The Petit Palais (Small Palace) in Paris, France. Built for the Univeral Exhibition in 1900 to Charles Girault’s designs, it now houses the City of Paris Museum of Fine Arts.
